Those appying such casts must work very accurately to make it rigid enough, while not so thight that it hinders blooid circulation or compresses nerves. Perhaps there should be some monitoring during and after the procedure to ensure that such not happens.

I fail to see why it is inappropriate. Its a medical site and you can see a penis, why is this a problem? Is it because he is circumcised?
